By accessing or playing TypeTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
TypeTrack is a free typing game for kids and families. Levels 1–4 are free to play. Levels 5–7 (Sentences, Speed Mix, and Expert) require a one-time purchase of $4.99 to unlock.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
The level unlock is a one-time payment processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

All content in TypeTrack — including graphics, game design, text, and code — is owned by Rai Games and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
TypeTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rai Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TypeTrack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
